Camp Forms: All forms listed here are contained within the registration form that is required to be filled out for all campers:

If forms and full payment are not completed prior to June 15th, campers will not be eligible to participate in camps.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made on or prior to Friday, May 22nd, 2026 receive a full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee. Cancellations made from May 23rd through June 12th will receive a 50% refund, minus the $30 fee. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before a camp session’s start date are not eligible for a refund.

About STEAM Summer Camps

This year we are pleased to be offering over 20 weeks of summer camps for rising 1st-12th graders. Each 5-day camp is carefully designed to offer students exciting, engaging, hands-on creation and exploration activities based within the field of STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.

Camps run from July 6th - August 7th, with two sessions each day: 8am-12pm, and 1pm-5pm. There is no early drop-off or late pick-up.

We are pleased to announce some new camp offerings based out of Randolph, VT, in cooperation with the White River Craft Center! These camps will be listed in their own section, located below.

Pricing Info

A $30 registration fee per camp will be charged upon completing camp registration forms, and will count towards each camp’s total cost.

Camp pricing is $275 per spot, with some camps requiring mandatory materials fees. Materials fees are not eligible for financial aid. All campers are eligible to receive financial aid (see right) while supplies last. Complete payment for camps needs to be made before June 15th in order to be eligible to participate in camps.

Once registration is completed, a payment link will be sent to your email to collect the remainder of the camp fees (once financial aid has been calculated, if applicable). Please keep an eye on your email!

Financial Aid

All campers are eligible for financial aid, while supplies last. Award allocation is on a sliding scale will be based on gross household income, provable by submitting a .jpg, .png, .doc, or .pdf of a recent pay stub, tax form (1040), W-2, or Tax Filing along with your registration form. If your household has multiple income-earners, please submit proof of income for both individuals.

Tier 1 - $68.75/wk (25%)

Tier 2 - $165/wk (60%)

Title: VEX Robotics Camp

Date: July 20th-24th

Grade Levels: 5th-6th

Price:$275 + $35 materials fee

Description: Designed for students in grades 5–6, this VEX Robotics camp introduces hands-on engineering and coding through team-based challenges. Campers will build and program robots, explore problem-solving strategies, and compete in fun tasks. Emphasis is on collaboration, creativity, and developing confidence with technology in an engaging, supportive environment.


Title: LEGO Robotics

Date: July 27th-31st

Time: 9am-1pm

Grade Levels: 2nd-5th

Description: A hands-on introduction to LEGO robotics for students in grades 2–5. Campers will build, experiment, and bring simple machines to life using motors and sensors. Through creative challenges and teamwork, kids explore problem-solving, basic engineering, and coding in a fun, supportive environment designed to spark curiosity and confidence.


Title: Pixel Forge

Date: July 20th-24th

Time: 1pm-5pm

Grade Levels: 6th-12th

Price: $275

Description: Build your first playable game from scratch in Godot/Game Maker Studio—craft mechanics, levels, art, and sound, then watch it all come alive on screen. Team up, play-test, and leave with a demo that’s actually fun to show off.


Title: STEAM-Powered Girls 4th-6th: Bits

Description: Come enjoy this hands-on maker camp where girls explore maker-space and electronics, hand-making and art, and beginner-friendly digital fabrication. Campers design and build personalized projects using vinyl cutting and laser cutting, then celebrate their creations at a Product Showcase & Demo Day!

Title: Explore the World of Collaborative Robotics and Aerial Drone Competitions

Date: July 6th-10th

Time: 8am-12pm

Description: The River Valley RADs are a nationally recognized robotics and aerial drone club, based out of the River Valley Technical Center. This camp will introduce participants to more than five different robot and aerial drone platforms that the RADs participate in. Designing, building, coding and operating multiple types of robots (FIRST Tech Challenge, FIRST Robotics Competition, FIRST Lego League, VEX and SeaPerch) and drones (CoDrone, DGI) will be the focus of this challenging, hands-on camp experience. A field trip to The American Precision Museum and a regional manufacturer are also part of this exciting week. By week's end, your child will experience a "live" robotics and drone competition, using a robot or drone that they helped build and program. This camp is also an on-ramp to membership in the River Valley RADs.
